About Us

Women Leaders
Delivering Competitive Advantage

Our Story

From our experience in C-Suite and Board search, we know that searches often reach the short list stage with a candidate slate which is not gender-balanced. This is especially pronounced in the case of Tech & AI roles, which is unsurprising given that, globally, only c.27% of these roles at all levels are held by women. In the C-Suite and senior leadership roles, the proportion of women is even lower.

Notwithstanding the current debate and, in some places, the attitudinal shifts around diversity, we join those who continue to firmly believe in the importance of women's influence and contributions in leadership in the third industrial revolution and especially in the rapid evolution of AI.

We understand that Boards and senior leadership find it challenging to build gender-balanced shortlists for director and C-Suite roles in Tech & AI. Our unique talent pool, specialist focus and international reach enable us to introduce the scarce and highly sought after leading women to our clients for their most critical roles.
