Our Mission
We are determined to create more opportunities for women to progress and succeed as leaders – in the interests of their own development and fulfilment – and in the interests of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) in business and society at large. In line with our mission to drive change, we support charities and NGOs championing access to education for girls and women.
Our Story
OLLMOO was founded by Katherine Moos. Katherine has over two decades’ experience in senior executive search with Spencer Stuart.
OLLMOO was born out of Katherine’s belief that business and society benefit from increasing the number of women in leadership roles. We believe that there are many highly talented future women leaders who are currently not being discovered by leading employers. We want to change this.
OLLMOO’s determination is to discover and support the extraordinary future women leaders who will have a powerful impact in business and society.
Olly Moos
OLLMOO is named in memory of Olly Moos, Katherine’s son, who died in a skiing accident at the age of 20. Olly’s great friends are the founding team of OLLMOO. Olly is our inspiration.
