Our Search Service is designed for ExCo and ExCo minus one and minus two level roles, or for other senior roles which are especially challenging to fill.

We offer a standalone search service, as well as the option to work alongside another search firm to increase the diverse candidate representation on your long and short lists.

Our thorough process involves extensive research on all candidates through informal referencing before inclusion on your longlist. Subject to the level of confidentiality required, longlist candidates can in addition be prequalified to assess their willingness to move and compensation expectations. Full formal referencing is conducted towards the end of the process.
