Yes, everyone is welcome to join the OLLMOO community.
First, you will be asked to complete a short 30-minute online profile assessment. Then, our team will endeavour to introduce you to an opportunity that matches your placement preferences. From interview preparation to salary negotiations, we support you every step of the way.
Our profile assessment is composed of a 15 minute cognitive aptitude test and a 10 minute personality test. Please set aside half an hour to complete the profile assessment in a quiet environment. The first part is a cognitive aptitude test that measures your problem-solving abilities, critical thinking, and reasoning. It shows how quickly you can learn, adapt, and apply new information. No studying or preparation is necessary, and no calculator is needed but having pen and paper on hand may be helpful. The second part is a personality assessment that provides insights into your personality and work style. This helps to ensure that your OLLMOO profile includes a portrait of your personality and soft skills alongside your education and experience.
We promise to support you on your career journey, although we are not able to guarantee that we will find your next career move for you.
