As Sales (Development) Team Lead, you will be responsible for the following tasks in particular:


  • Be responsible for the recruitment, development and ongoing coaching of SDRs and BDRs and ensure they have the necessary skills to perform to the best of their ability in their roles.
  • Set and develop clear performance targets for the team so that high-performance standards can be defined and tracked.
  • Work with Sales Operations and Marketing to develop lead generation and qualification processes to maximise efficiency and conversion.
  • Be responsible for liaising and communicating with our external sales partners
  • Implement best practices for outbound prospecting, lead nurturing to achieve the best results with the team.
  • Monitor and improve the use of our sales tools (e.g., CRM, outbound tools) to improve productivity and effectiveness across the team.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and the competitive landscape to make strategic decisions.


Who we are looking for

  • Proven experience in a similar role with a focus on outbound acquisition and lead qualification.
  • Strong track record of implementing and utilising sales tools for lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of the power and energy market and related technologies to identify and prioritise our ideal customers.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A customer-centric mindset and a strong focus on results.
  • Fluency in written and spoken German and English
