OLLMOO Future Women Leaders is seeking a proactive, articulate, and globally-minded Junior Business Development Associate to join our team and continue building our business development efforts as we scale in 2025. About the Role:
As a Junior Business Development Associate, you will work directly under our COO and Co-Founder to support the growth of OLLMOO. Your role will involve driving business development efforts, acquiring new clients, and expanding partnerships for our Job Board. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with leadership, contribute to impactful initiatives, and grow your career in a dynamic start-up environment.
What you'll do:
- Drive Client Acquisition: Identify, engage, and secure partnerships with leading organizations, from startups to global blue-chip companies.
- Expand Our Job Board: Build strategic relationships to grow the reach and impact of our Job Board platform.
- Lead Networking Efforts: Represent OLLMOO at industry events, meetings, and networking opportunities, strengthening our visibility and brand.
- Conduct Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends, uncover new opportunities, and refine strategies for effective outreach.
- Collaborate on Strategy: Partner closely with the COO to execute innovative business development initiatives.
- Track and Optimise: Maintain detailed records of outreach efforts, client interactions, and partnership outcomes to inform future growth strategies.
Who You Are:
We’re seeking a confident, well-spoken individual with exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for making meaningful connections.
- Outgoing and Articulate: You excel in building relationships, presenting ideas, and navigating conversations with ease.
- Exceptional Communicator: Your written and spoken English skills are outstanding (fluent or near-native).
- Experienced in Networking: You’re comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders, including senior leaders at top-tier companies.
- Global Perspective: Exposure to international clients, particularly blue-chip organisations, is a strong advantage.
- Industry Knowledge (Plus): Experience in executive search, recruitment, or talent is a bonus.
- Self-Starter: You thrive in a startup environment, take initiative, and solve problems independently.
- Location Advantage: Berlin-based candidates are preferred for regular in-person collaboration.
