About the position
We are looking for a Key Account Manager to lead the commercial strategy of several leading restaurant brands in France.
Your mission? Grow revenue, strengthen relationships with partner brand headquarters, and ensure the overall performance of your portfolio. You'll also be responsible for managing a small team to amplify the impact of your initiatives.
Missions and daily life
Business Development
- Develop and implement a growth strategy for your key accounts to help them perform and achieve their objectives.
- Identify additional growth opportunities, structure, execute and measure them.
- Be an expert in your portfolio's key performance indicators to enable effective management of your accounts.
- Work with various internal teams to ensure the quality and relevance of the work presented to your accounts. (e.g., marketing, CSM, Ads specialists, etc.)
🤝 Partner relationship and loyalty
- Be the preferred contact for the headquarters of the brands you manage.
- Provide regular monitoring to understand their needs, anticipate risks and grow the partnership.
- Work closely with Customer Success teams to ensure quality of service (order rejection rates, establishment opening times, campaign effectiveness, etc.).
- Find concrete solutions to the problems encountered and support partners in optimizing their presence on our platform.
👥 Management & coordination
- Supervise 1 to 2 Franchise Account Managers , develop their skills and coordinate field actions.
- Build a coherent strategy between local actions and the orientations defined with the headquarters.
- Ensure that each brand benefits from support aligned with its specific needs and challenges.
Desired profile
- You have solid experience (2 years minimum) in strategic account management or business development , ideally in the restaurant, franchise or B2B services sector.
- You know how to manage complex negotiations and develop lasting partnerships by building relationships of trust.
- You are comfortable with numbers, KPIs and performance analysis tools.
- You enjoy working in a team, coaching, uniting... and achieving results.
- A good knowledge of the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) sector is a real plus.
- Fluent French required
- Professional English preferred.
