As Growth & Strategic Partnerships Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships that contribute to trawa's growth targets, based on clear benefits for our customers and corresponding KPI.
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships that drive our growth objectives.
  • Work cross-functionally and closely with internal teams from sales, marketing, customer success and software development to develop and implement the right strategies for meaningful partnerships.
  • Identify and prioritise partnership opportunities based on market trends and customer needs.
  • Build bridges between trawa and partners for ongoing win-win relationships.
  • Analyse and optimise our existing partnerships while driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and the competitive environment to make strategic decisions.


WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Proven experience in a similar role with a focus on strategic partnerships.
  • An active track record of developing and launching successful partnerships.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of the energy market and related technologies to be able to identify and evaluate partnerships.
  • Excellent project management skills, especially in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills for creative problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A customer-centric mindset and a strong focus on results.
  • Fluency in written and spoken German and English
